Expect movement. You will be instructed to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes called Vinyassa Flow or just Flow because of the way that the poses run together and become like a dance. This is a great workout, initially you will be attracted to the physicality of Vinyassa Flow, while naturally your mind will open to the spiritual aspect of Yoga.
